In the free version, you have the ability of turning on some of the features and proportions, which allows it to work with certain applications. For the sake of this review, I will turn this on, but I would definitely recommend upgrading to Pro. There are very few options as far as what you can do. The hit list obviously includes the items or things that you want to disable, and it gives you the ability to configure them. You can choose the interval of how often you want to do this.
