Hey guys, I'm back with a new video tutorial. Today, we will be sewing a shirt dress pattern in view F, which is what I'm wearing right now. It's a shirt dress with a high slit, but personally, I wouldn't wear it as a dress because of the slit. I would probably pair it with a skirt or shorts in the summer, or leggings like I'm wearing now. I love sewing patterned shirt dresses, so I decided to make something different using the sleeve strand. It's not my usual style, but I found it cute when I saw the pattern, so I made it for you guys. The steps in this video can be applied to any shirt dress pattern. For this shirt, I used a monochrome color shirt collar. It's very chic and I love the print. It's the kind of print I like to wear in the summer, spring, and fall. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. We will be pressing one and a quarter-inch. Next, let's pin and sew the top and bottom of the band. Then, we will press another one and a quarter-inch on the front band.
