About hi everybody and welcome back to the channel. Today I want to talk to you guys about standing electronic desks, specifically the one made by FlexiSpot. Now, they sent me one for review to share with you guys my experience. The short answer that I want to give you guys is that sitting down in front of a computer for an extended amount of time is never a good thing. So, anything that enables us to stand up, change our posture, move, and burn more calories will always be a great thing for us. Right now, I'm still using my same desk that you guys probably see in my videos for the last eight years, and I'm finally upgrading that one to the FlexiSpot one. Let's take you guys over. FlexiSpot sent me this desk, and it does come in two different pieces. There's the big top of the desk, and there are different colors you can pick from. They sent me the black one. And then, of course, there's the actual base piece that you need to set up for the legs, and that has to be assembled first. As far as assembly, this desk itself took me approximately 20 to 25 minutes to finish up the assembly. Not that bad. And once you have it fully assembled, you're pretty much gonna be able to go from 27.9 inches, which is the lowest height that it starts at, all the way up to 47.6 inches as far as the tallest height. And you can configure that using the motor and the three memory buttons that we have on there. As you can see, pretty much overall the setup was very simple.
