Today we're going to test the 4800 hi-foam expansion system. Today's test consists of the foam mixing with the water, going through the generators, and then dissipating through the floor. It has to cover under the wing within 60 seconds, achieving about 90% coverage. After that, it needs to reach 3 feet of the hangar within 4 minutes. The high expansion foam system is designed for rare scenarios, such as a large fuel leak from an aircraft igniting on fire. The test was a success, meeting the criteria for both time marks we were looking for. However, we are still waiting for the readings on the foam concentrate levels, which will be tested to ensure proper mixing. Based on the foam observed, it seems like there won't be any issues with the concentrate levels. In conclusion, it was a successful test today.
