Hello everyone, in today's video, we're going to teach you how to create an online attendance form for your class or students. To start, you will need to have a 1 LD (I'm assuming this means a laptop or device). Let's get started! First, click on the dots on your screen and choose the drive where you want to open the form. Then, click on "New" and select "More". In the options, click on "Form". Now, let's give a name to our online attendance form. For example, let's name it "Online Attendance". Next, we need to ask a question. The question we will ask is "What is your name?". You can choose the type of answer you want (short answer, paragraph, multiple-choice, etc.). I'll choose "short answer" for this example. Now, let's add another question by clicking on "Duplicate". For example, we can ask "What is your ID?". Again, choose the type of answer you want. You can add more questions if you wish. For example, you can ask about gender with a multiple-choice question. Once you have finished creating the form, you will need to manually input the names of your students for the first time. To do this, click on the three dots and select "Get pre-filled link". Enter the student's name and ID, and choose the appropriate options. Copy the link and save it somewhere. This link will be used later on when students need to submit their attendance. When a student fills out the form and submits it, you will receive a response. To view the responses, click on "Queue" and then "Open". In the response, you can see the time the form was submitted, as well as the answers to the questions.
