When Form 8655 Disclosure 2024

Hey folks, Twenty Roselle here, your technology therapist. Hey, did you know that since it's the new year (2019), we've got to go into Zip Forms and do a little bit of updating? And did you realize that this year, Zip Forms now work together with the infamous property disclosure form? Yes, you can send off the property disclosure form through Zip Forms to your client and get it returned 100% complete. Let me show you how that works. Alright, so it's time to update your templates. Let's start there and then click on your listing template. We can go into it and find the actual form we're looking for, which is the property disclosure form. Have you found the property disclosure form? Let's go up to "All Forms" and look for the OR form set that we're looking for. If you prefer English, select the English one, if you prefer Spanish, select the Spanish one. Look for the seller disclosure notice. There are two forms here. One of them has a bracket and "ES" next to it. That's the one you want. Now, it's time to organize these forms. Let's go to the "Organize" button in the upper right and scroll down to the bottom. Pull up the property disclosure form to where you see the other forms. Here, we're gonna get rid of the other one above by checking the X next to it and saying "Remove". Yes, we want to confirm. Now, it's time to use the transaction as our starting point. Once we create a new transaction, we're gonna choose the listing button. Give this the name, in my case I'll label it "Test". Make sure it's residential and apply your template, which happens to be our listing template. Then, say "Save". Alright, so now you're in the forms. Let's...
