About hi everybody and welcome back to the channel. Today, we're going to focus on another great feature of the brand new Galaxy S10 Plus. This is called the Samsung DeX experience. This is a desktop-like experience that you're able to get out of your phone by just plugging it into a monitor or TV using a USB-C to HDMI adapter. By far, this is one of the best desktop experiences on a mobile device to date. This is TK, let's check it out. Now, the Samsung DeX experience isn't something new, but what we do have here essentially is the One UI version of Samsung DeX running on the Galaxy S10 Plus. This will also be pushed out to, let's say, the S9, S9 Plus, and even the Note 9 whenever they receive the One UI update for this. What I'm going to do is demo for you guys using this adapter. Now, there is an official one that just does USB-C to HDMI that you can plug in directly into the bottom part of your phone. That will connect to a TV or a monitor that's compatible with HDMI, and you're basically going to see the experience right in front of you. But this adapter enables me not only to do that, but it also gives me the ability to have three USB-A connected ports. So, I'm able to actually connect, let's say, a full mouse if I don't want to connect it via Bluetooth or even connect a wireless keyboard if I want to be able to plug this into a TV and sit back on the couch.
