Hi, I'm going to show you how you can turn your fillable PDF into a web form and start collecting submissions from your website visitors using Zoom Forms. So, to begin, we start off with Zoom Forms. Now, after you've logged on, you're going to want to click "New Form" to get into the form builder. Alright, and we'll give it a name to begin and we'll call this example "PDF Filler". Now, I'll just click "Save" at the moment rather than publish. Once that's finished, all I need to do is just upload the PDF with the form fields and select "OK" when asked, "Do you want to load the document template fields into your form?" Alright, so what you should see is whatever fields your PDF has loaded into the form. It doesn't do any layout, so you might just want to tidy up a couple of basic things. For me, what I'm going to do is just change the width of a couple of text es, and I'm going to put a divider in between the name and the address, and give a little heading called "Address". Okay, the basics are actually they're simple, so let's publish the form. Now, under the form menu, if we go to our forms list in a new tab, you'll see there's a new form here with "example PDF filler" rather than build it. We're going to open the form and then fill out some fields. And now, right at the bottom here, you'll see there's a "Save and Make Document" button. I'll show you the save first, so if I click there, Zoom Forms will save this record so that you can come back, reopen it, make changes, save it again, or make a document again. So, if you look...
