About hi everybody and welcome back to their channel. In today's video, we're gonna do an uning and a set up of the brand-new 2018 Chromecast 1080p. It's been revamped and now supports 1080p at 60 frames per second. Not only that, it's still at 35 bucks, which makes it one of the best accessories you can get for either your Android or your iOS device. Why? Because you can cast almost anything to it. This is TK, let's check it out. Here, I have the best that 2018 has to offer as far as Chromecasts. The Chromecast Ultra did not get revamped this year, so this is by far the best 4k 60 frames per second connection you can get from a Chromecast. This one is only capable of going up to 1080p, while the Ultra can handle 4k. In terms of services and what you can cast, they both support the same apps, with the exception of 4k support on the Ultra. So, let's take a look at some of the applications that support Chromecast functionality. YouTube, Showtime, HBO, Netflix, and Hulu are all supported on both Android and iOS. Additionally, you can cast to it using Home. You can use voice commands on your Home Mini or Home Max to send content, including videos and images from your existing photo library, using your voice. Very functional, very nice. Now, let's dive into the new Chromecast itself. It supports up to 1080p at 60 frames per second, an upgrade from the original 1080p at 30 frames per second. The design has also changed to resemble the Chromecast Ultra, with a simpler, sleeker look.
