Hey guys, welcome back to the channel. Today, I want to talk to you guys about uninstalling bloatware off of our devices. Now, we're going to be using a method that does not require root but will require you to be comfortable using a PC and connecting over ADB. This is TK and this is XD ATV. First thing we need to do is make sure that our device has adb debugging turned on. So, you go into settings, you go all the way down to about phone, look for build number, usually it's at the bottom somewhere, usually within the bot phone. Keep clicking until it tells you that you are a developer. I already have developer option turned on, that's why it doesn't come up. I go back, go into developer options, go a little bit down under debugging, USB debugging needs to be turned on and we need to click OK. This gives us the ability to be able to connect to the device over ADB. The second thing we need to do is there's a couple ways figuring out what we want to uninstall. Be aware that whatever you uninstall could potentially harm or stop the functionality of other applications. So for this example, I'm going to walk you through this is a 1 + 4 s 5. I'm going to be uninstalling the stock 1 + + launcher, so I'm going to use an application called apk inspector. It tells me basically the package name and that's what we need to know. So, we're going to go in here, is the 1 + launcher, this is default launcher, it's a system based application that I don't have a way of uninstalling. Actually, I can't even find it in the App Store.
